Step 1: First of all,You will need to log in your Facebook profile and go to General account Settings.
Step 2: when open your general settings, you will see Download a Copy of your Facebook Data, So click this download button.
Step 3: On the Next page you will be shown a Download Archive Button, then you Click on it and you will be see there password box, then you will enter your Password to Continue.
Step 4: After entering your own Facebook profile Password, you need to Click on Submit, On the next screen you will be shown that the download link will be sent to your email id which you used to create your facebook account.
Step 5: check your mail which you used to create your facebook account. in your Inbox You will see a mail from facebook with Downloading link. Downloading link ready for you to download all your data.
Step 6: After downloaded the file. you will need to Unzip it and choose the folder where you will find your messages, photos, vidoes. Pokes, Friend list etc.
